Stashpin does not require account registration or login for single-pin downloads. If you choose to upgrade to Stashpin Pro, account authentication is required. We may receive your name and email address from your chosen login provider solely for the purpose of managing your subscription and account access. We do not collect your Pinterest credentials.

If you contact us or submit feedback, we may store the feedback category, message, optional email address, and the page path from which the feedback was sent so that we can respond and improve the service.

We may collect technical and usage information needed to operate and protect the service, including IP address, browser and device information, visited pages, referring URLs, an anti-abuse device identifier, submitted public URLs, and request timestamps. Pro account features may also retain board export history and generated files for account access and re-downloads.

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the service, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, process account and subscription features, monitor performance, display relevant advertisements on some pages, and respond to feedback or support requests.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Single-file downloads are generally fetched from publicly accessible source pages and delivered to your device without being permanently hosted by Stashpin.

For board exports and account features, Stashpin may temporarily store generated files and retain export history so that signed-in users can access or re-download their exports. Submitted URLs may also be retained where needed for usage limits, security, and service operation.

We use cookies and similar technologies to support core experience features, including the local seed counter that remembers successful downloads in your browser.

We may use Google AdSense and other advertising partners on some pages. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Where required, we will request consent or provide controls for personalized advertising.

We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, storage, advertising, and payment processing, including Cloudflare, Supabase, Google Analytics and sign-in services, Microsoft Clarity, Pageview, Google AdSense, FingerprintJS, and Stripe.

These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

We take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted to and from the service. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100 percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
